It works via a so-called MCP server (Model Context Protocol). StudioMeyer set it up for the boat school. One single URL, OAuth-protected, no API key generation needed.
You connect once via ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex or Grok. From then on, the Boat-Bot is permanently in your AI chat — as if the boat school were built right into your assistant.

The bot explains: for yacht-charter in Mallorca you need the SBF See. It tells you the price (€1,150 course + ~€209 exam), the duration (4 days), and on request hands an enrollment request directly to Andi — Andi reaches out to confirm.
“What does SBF See and Binnen cost combined?”
The bot pulls the combo option: €1,450 instead of €1,740. Saves you €290. Includes both exams on-site in Mallorca.
“I want to enroll for SBF See on April 15-22 with two people.”
The bot hands your enrollment request (course + period + participants + your OAuth-verified email) directly to Andi. You get a confirmation email, Andi reaches out within 24h. Real exam data Andi collects personally on the callback — never in the chat and never via online form.
Boat-license exams require date of birth, place of birth, ID number and home address. This data must never flow through an AI chat — not to OpenAI, not to Anthropic, not to xAI.
Our bot is built so it cannot accept these fields at all. When you enroll, it sends you a magic-link by email. On the encrypted enrollment page you then enter your real data. That goes directly to the boat school, not the AI provider.
This is GDPR-compliant and follows AI Act Article 50 (transparent AI systems).
No. You sign in with your email via magic-link, Google or Discord — directly in the bot login. There's no account with the boat school, no new password to remember.
Currently in Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and ChatGPT (Plus/Pro with Developer Mode). Grok support depends on the Grok version. Other MCP-capable clients also work.
Nothing. The AI connection is free. Only the boat school courses themselves have a price — and you only pay those after successful enrollment.
They see the general chat history like any other conversation. But they NEVER see your sensitive enrollment data — that doesn't flow through the AI channel.
